Jay Kacirk, Board Member
Jay Kacirk, CPM, is a Senior Vice President of Eugene Burger Management Corporation, AMO® in Carlsbad. Prior to this position, he was the co-owner of Coastside Property Management, Inc., having acquired the firm in 1988. At present, the portfolio of the Carlsbad office consists of 30 community associations, 2 apartment communities and approximately 25 rental properties.
Jay is an active participant at the local and national level in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where he served as 1992 Chapter President. He was selected by the chapter as recipient of the CPM of the Year" award for 1989. He is past chairman of the Ethics Committee for the local chapter, and is certified to instruct several national courses and seminars. These include "Successful Site Management", which has involved the training of over 300 residential managers. Jay has also taught property management for the UCSD Extension in La Jolla. He served a two-year term as Regional Vice President of Region 11 (California and Hawaii) in 1998-1999. In this capacity he oversaw the activities of the 10 IREM chapters located in these 2 states. In 2000, Jay was awarded the Professional Achievement Award from IREM National.
As a past member of the Board of Directors of Resident Relations of California, a landlord-tenant mediation firm, Jay has been involved in a variety of programs to provide education and improve landlord-tenant relations in San Diego. In 1999, he was appointed by the Mayor of Poway to the Poway Housing Commission, where he served for 7 years as Housing Commissioner and Vice Chairman.
Jay is a Director on the Board of a non-profit foundation. He is currently the president of the Bobby Jo Lewis Foundation, headquarted in San Diego and a former Board member of the IREM Foundation, headquarted in Chicago, Illinois.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from National University. He resides in Carlsbad, California.

Lauri Greenblatt, Board Member
Lauri L. Greenblatt, CPM, CCIM
Lauri Greenblatt is a principal and co-founder of Promus Management. She has been involved in the management and leasing of income-producing commercial properties since 1984 and is dubbed by The Wall Street Transcript as one of “the nation’s foremost real estate authorities.”
As President, Ms. Greenblatt guides the daily operations for the firm. Her primary responsibilities include asset management, client relations, leasing, acquisitions, quality
control, and ensuring operational excellence.
Ms. Greenblatt has had substantial exposure to retail, office, and industrial/R&D markets throughout much of the country. Her experience as an institutional asset manager gives her unique insights into the needs of her clients, which have included such firms as The Irvine Company and General Electric.
Prior to founding Promus, Ms. Greenblatt served as Managing Director of Commercial
Facilities, Inc., AMO. Prior to her association with Commercial Facilities, she was
employed at Insignia/ESG as Director of Property Management from 1995-2000.
Previous assignments include Koll (formerly CBS Investment Realty, Inc.) where she
worked as a Senior Manager. Ms. Greenblatt has also held positions as Asset Manager for
Sentre Partners and Home Fed Bank and as Property Manager for J.A.D. Properties and
Square One, Inc.
Ms. Greenblatt is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and holds the designations of
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager
(CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, awarded in 1993. She is a member
of the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping
Centers.
Ms. Greenblatt serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for the CCIM San Diego
Chapter, and served as the 2000 President of San Diego IREM Chapter 18. She cofounded
the REstart program, a program dedicated to training disadvantaged individuals
to work in the property management industry. She is Past President and currently a
member of the Board of Directors of the Bobby Jo Lewis Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit
corporation. She is a recognized Expert Witness and Management Consultant.
Lauri received the “Certified Property Manager of the Year” award in 2001 and the
“Exceptional Contribution Award” in 2004 from the Institute of Real Estate
Management.
